Receivables Manager

Receivables Manager is a powerful receivables management tool that helps you see receivables in their entirety while pinpointing areas of improvement for patient representatives. With Receivables Manager, you can:

  • Allocate accountability to individuals and measure performance based on reduced A/R days, increased cash collections and lower bad debt
  • Create strategies for revenue cycle success and ways to measure progress
  • Realize a return on investment (ROI) in the first few days of implementation

Use the Receivables Manager to view the graphical representation of Key Performance Indicators (KPI) to help you define and measure organizational goal achievement.

With Receivables Manager you can see both the data and graphical representation of data trends in your revenue cycle criteria. With our enhanced reporting you can:

  • View all receivables or select any segment for a quick analysis
  • Access additional summarized roll-up categories to slice and dice your receivables
  • Perform multi-level sorting in multiple formats
  • See a complete patient detail list of the selected accounts

Receivables Manager allows you to view payor history and trends, identify payor classes, map their history and highlight problem areas for historical periods. View current status, trends of charge (revenue), payment, adjustment transaction information and late charge and over/under payment.

Sutter Health - Sacramento
"The results we have seen from Receivables Manager and MyMentor over a very short period of time have been nothing short of incredible. With the intelligence provided by these products, we reduced A/R days from 65 to 59 over a three-month period. One day in A/R equals $13 million for the nine hospitals in our region. Multiply $13 million a day by six fewer A/R days, and that's a $78 million impact." – Margie Souza, regional central business office director
