This program provides the structure by which employees and the Company can partner to help others by giving of our most valuable assets … skills, intelligence, and time.

Through Heart and Soul the Company will pay its employees their normal hourly rate or salary up to five business days per calendar year to serve at a qualified and approved charitable organization.
