What do you do at MedAssets?

I am the Director of Implementation for the Revenue Management segment, which means that I lead and coordinate the implementation activities for engagements that span multiple business units. I act as the single point of customer contact during the implementation process and ensure that all stakeholders are kept informed regarding project status and progress.

What do you like most about your job?

I enjoy working with both our customers and business units on the transformational engagements. It is very rewarding to be part of the large initiatives that have a meaningful revenue impact on our clients. It feels good knowing that you were part of the team that helped a struggling hospital continue to serve its community and employees.

What do you like best about working at MedAssets?

I love that MedAssets is committed to making a difference in the healthcare industry and delivering excellent value and service to our customers. I also really enjoy working with all of the different RM business units. We have an awesome team that is always willing to share their knowledge and go above and beyond for our customers.
